Okay I definitely love this one! Is one of my favorite Sherlock drawings that you've made!
I really love that eye! And the way you managed to use the lights and shadings to actually give Sherlock an awesome appearance... I also love the background because it really looks like a city's lights
But what needs to be improved is actually in what I like... But just a bit, not too much... For example his lights in the hair need to be a little more blurred, but just a bit or else it won't look realistic... And the other thing to improve is the dots of the background... Maybe they need to be a little more symmetrical...
Anyways I love this drawing
I really need to learn how to do hair. I may fix up those ota later if I can
