I think it was stated in the PAX East panel Mark played Rampage as a kid. I played one of the sequels 'World Tour' as a kid  Rampage is a game where you play as giant monsters and your goal is to destroy cities with the option of eating people. I've been wanting to draw this for months, I was saving it for next month (The Month Of Fischbach) but pulled it because Mark isn't the main focus. I got the idea after watching the panel, I've made fun of Lucy's size before  so naturally Lucy being a Rampage monster was next
